And Boom Goes The Dynamite – Quick Post

Posted on January 8, 2009. Filed under: Uncategorized |

And the forums have exploded leaving behind only the wreckage of locked threads, flared tempers, and hurt feelings after news of a well known Kaneva user and designer being banned was announced.

Accusations of being dishonest were implied from both sides along with accusations of Kaneva staff treating people unfairly flew from the side of the users. I don’t have much experience in dealing with Kaneva Customer Support. However, I have noticed a lot of situations that did not seem to be handled as well as they could have been. In this case it just seemed that a lack of properly dealing with a situation has lead to an even bigger situation with a lot of angry members of the Kaneva community.

Citizens of Kaneva – Fill Out The Poll and let’s hear what you think of Kaneva Customer Support (and help me test out the polling system 😉 )

Yeah I know the person who they banned and really isnt right. I wish all the arguing would cease its a shame how this was handled not to proffesional at all.

There is exactly zero accountability of CS to the rest of the organization, or to the user population. CS is an island. No one oversees what they do, or cares to.

I’ve said it before, and you can search the forums for this term; ombudsman.

They need one, desperately.

Them jerks!!!!!
